It looks really stupid and cheap. If you are going to wear tights (leggings) wear them with a flat shoe and shirt that is long in the body, do not go out in public in tights and a singlet unless you are about to go do some form of exercise . And also, I was in UO a few weeks ago and saw those lumberjack shirts (they have them at Pacsun, too) and I was like, "What. The. Fuck. What the fuck are these? Who would wear these?" As for leggings, I'll admit that I tried wearing them plain with just a striped turtleneck (think Edie or Audrey), but even on my small frame, they looked too revealing. They're like going out wearing nothing but black pantyhose!
